Here is how booking and travelling with AdventureGlow works, written the way we'd explain it across the desk. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Who You're Dealing With
AdventureGlow Travel Pty Ltd (ACN 064 882 317, ABN 51 064 882 317), trading as adventureglow, is a licensed travel agency based at 22 Civic Rd, Auburn NSW 2144. Travel agent licence No. 2TA10188.
These terms apply to every booking made through our office and to your use of this website. Where we act as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour and event operators, their own terms also apply to the parts they deliver — we will always give you a copy before you commit.
Bookings, Deposits & Payments
The financial side, spelled out simply. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book — we would rather explain twice than surprise you once.
Deposits
A 20% deposit holds your spot. The balance is due 14 days before departure. All payments happen at our office — card, bank transfer or cash.
Quotes
Written quotes are valid for 7 days. Airline fares move constantly — the price on your quote is the price you pay within that window.
Cancellations
Cancel 21+ days out for a full refund minus partner fees. Inside 21 days, partner penalties apply — we will always show you the exact figure before confirming.
Changes
One free date change per booking up to 21 days before departure. Later changes attract partner fees, which we quote before acting.
18+ Bookings Only
Casino hotel stays and casino event tickets are sold strictly to persons aged 18 years and over. Valid photo ID is required at venue entry and may be checked at any time on the gaming floor. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests at their discretion.
Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment, never income. Set limits before you play, never chase losses, and use the free self-exclusion tools every partner venue provides. Free, confidential help is available from Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858.
Your Part and Ours
- Your documents: valid passport (6+ months), visas where required, and accurate names matching your ID. We check, but you confirm.
- Travel insurance: strongly recommended on every trip and required for casino event packages. We can arrange it during your visit.
- Our role: we book carefully, tell you honestly when something isn't right, and fix problems in person. We are your advocate, not just a middleman.
- Force majeure: weather, strikes and other events outside anyone's control are handled case by case — we rebook or refund what partners refund us.
Using This Website
Content on adventureglow.site is provided in good faith for planning your trip. Prices and availability shown online are indicative — only a written quote from our office is binding. Please don't scrape, reuse or misrepresent our content; ask us instead, we're friendly.
Liability & Governing Law
Our liability is limited to the value of the services we directly sell, as set out under Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes start with a conversation at our office — most end there too.
