What Information We Collect
We are a small office, not a data broker. Here is the complete list of what we hold.

Your name, email, phone number and (if you book) your postal address — so we can actually plan and confirm your trip.
Travel details
Dates, destinations, traveller names and document details (like passport numbers) that airlines, hotels and border authorities legally require.
Website basics
Anonymous usage data through cookies — which pages are visited and when. See the cookie policy for the full picture.
We do not collect: passport scans without a booking, financial details through this website, or anything about you from data brokers.
How Your Information Gets Used
- Planning and booking your trips — flights, stays, tours and event seats.
- Contacting you about your booking: confirmations, changes, reminders.
- Meeting legal obligations — airlines, immigration and payment regulations all require certain records.
- With your explicit consent only: occasional emails about trips we think you'd love.
You can opt out of marketing at any time by telling us in the office, by phone, or via the unsubscribe link in any email. It takes effect immediately.
Who We Share Information With (and Who We Don't)
Booking travel means passing some details to the people who deliver it. Here is exactly when that happens.

Airlines, hotels, tour and event operators — only the details your booking requires, nothing more.
Legal requirements
Where Australian law genuinely compels it — court orders, customs, that sort of thing.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Full stop.

No building advertising profiles from your holiday plans. Ever.
Your Rights Over Your Data
You can ask us any of the following, and we will sort it within 30 days:
- A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction of anything that's wrong or out of date.
- Deletion of everything we're not legally required to keep.
- Removal from marketing lists, effective immediately.
How We Keep It Safe
Paper files live in a locked cabinet in a locked office. Digital records sit on encrypted, access-controlled systems, and only the consultants working your trip can open them. Payment details are processed by our bank's terminal and are never stored by us.
How Long We Keep It
Booking records are kept for seven years, as Australian travel regulations require. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw them. Everything else goes in the shredder as soon as it's no longer needed.
