Casino Hotels in Australia — Stays We Book Face-to-Face in Auburn

AdventureGlow packages rooms at four boutique casino hotels around Australia — places where a proper gaming floor, a good restaurant and a comfortable bed share one roof. Every venue below is one we have visited in person, and every booking is made face-to-face at our Auburn venue. Strictly 18+ — valid photo ID required at check-in and at every gaming entrance.

Four Casino Hotels Worth the Trip

We keep the list short on purpose. These are the casino hotels where the rooms are quiet, the tables are friendly and the food is actually good — all visited by our team before we put our name on them.

The Glowline Hotel & Casino

Our closest partner, twenty minutes from the office. The casino floor glows amber after dark (hence the name), with 30 tables, a whisky bar that takes its time, and rooms with harbour glimpses. Ask us about the members' lounge — we can arrange a tour before you commit.

Reef Crown Casino Hotel

Daytime reef trips, evening blackjack — the rare resort where the gaming floor is genuinely the second-best feature. Rooftop bar, reef-booking desk and rooms that smell like holidays.

Desert-modern facade of the Outback Star Hotel Alice Springs • NT

Outback Star Hotel & Casino

The Red Centre's only proper gaming hotel — a small, friendly gaming room, a ripper steakhouse and the best stargazing lawn in the NT. Pairs perfectly with our Red Centre Explorer trip.

Neon-lit entrance of the Harbour Lights Hotel Gold Coast • QLD

Harbour Lights Casino & Hotel

Beach by day, blackjack by night. A bright, modern resort two blocks from the sand, with a jazz lounge that never rushes last orders. Ask about our event-weekend bundles.

15 tables Beachfront

Want a venue stay bundled with one of our signature trips? We do that too — just ask.

The experience

What a Casino Hotel Stay Actually Includes

A stay here is more than a gaming floor — it is a full night out in one building. Here is what our four partner venues share, and what we double-check before recommending them.

  • Gaming floors with table minimums that won't make your eyes water
  • Bars and restaurants that stand on their own, gaming floor or not
  • Quiet rooms on high floors — we request them for every booking
  • On-site responsible gambling support and self-exclusion at all venues

18+ Only, Always

Every venue we book requires 18+ photo ID at the door. No ID, no entry — no exceptions, and that includes you, uncle Steve.

We book the hotel, the dinner and the show — the gaming floor is yours to enjoy (or skip). Set a budget before you play and stick to it.

What Our Weekenders Say

Real feedback from travellers who booked a venue stay through the office.

"Booked the Reef Crown for our anniversary. The office got us a high-floor room away from the gaming noise and a dinner reservation that made the whole trip."

"The Glowline's staff remembered my dad's name from his last visit two years ago. That's the kind of venue AdventureGlow partners with. Set a budget before you walk in — and stick to it."
Portrait of Vince D. Vince D. — Sydney
"We asked for a venue with an actual good restaurant, not just a buffet. They nailed it — and the poker room was friendly to a rusty player like me."

Venue Stay Questions, Answered

Everything here is arranged in person at our Auburn office. Bring photo ID — you will need it at the venue anyway.

AdventureGlow consultant explaining a venue package

Not at all. Plenty of our guests never touch the gaming floor — they come for the restaurants, the shows and the views. The gaming floor is one amenity, not the whole stay.

A valid photo ID (passport or driver licence) is required at every gaming area entry, and you must be 18 or over. Venues can refuse entry at their discretion — their house, their rules.

That's our specialty — the Reef Crown pairs beautifully with our Reef & Rainforest trip, and the Outback Star slots straight into the Red Centre Explorer. One visit, one folder, everything sorted.

18+ Only

Gaming areas and casino events are restricted to persons aged 18 years and over. Valid photo ID is required at entry to all gaming areas and themed events.

Responsible gambling

  • Set a time and money limit before you play and stick to it.
  • Never chase losses — gambling should be entertainment, not income.
  • Do not gamble when upset, tired or under the influence of alcohol.
  • Take regular breaks and use self-exclusion tools if needed.
  • All four partner venues offer on-site responsible gambling support and voluntary self-exclusion programs.

Warning — risk of gambling harm

Gambling can be addictive and may cause financial, emotional and relationship harm. If you or someone you know is struggling, seek help immediately. Self-exclusion and counselling services are confidential and free.
